Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven. Let us know during booking if you need to add any extra services!
Yes, all of our cleaners undergo a thorough background check before they're hired. We only hire trustworthy and reliable professionals to ensure the safety of our customers and their homes.
Yes! We understand that not every space needs to be cleaned, or might not be able to be accessible. Feel free book the service or services you need that fit your space. Our Service Providers use their own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, green products can be used if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.
Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with our cleaning services. After your service, we request that you conduct a mandatory inspection with your Service Provider. Should you find any areas that do not meet your expectations, our team will gladly re-clean those spots at no additional cost, provided this request is made at the time of service.
